IEEE Workshops

The following of us were a part of IEEE VNIT Student Chapter who were involved in taking workshops:-
1) Rohan Thakker (Technical Secretary, Student in Dept. of Mechanical Engg. VNIT Nagpur)
2) Ajinky Kamath (Chariman, Student in Dept. of Electronics and Electrical Engg. VNIT Nagpur)
3) Sachin Bharambe (Vice-Chairman, Student in Dept. of Electronics and Electrical Engg. VNIT Nagpur)

The idea was to share our knowledge with the rest of our college so that others don't need to waste the amount of time we took to learn the stuff. They can learn all the concepts and get the relevant resources just by attending a 1-2 day workshop. It has always been my hobby to teach and personally I enjoy taking workshops. Here are some of the workshops that we have taken:-

The Pictures below were taken on our workshop on Basics of Humnaoid Robotics

2-day workshop on Micro-Controller Programming using AtMega 8. Topics Covered were:-
  • I/O Ports: Blinking LED, Controlling Switches on MCU, Motor Control Using L298 Motor Driver IC
  • Serial Communication with PC using USART
  • Pulse Width Modulation or PWM: changing speed of motors
  • Introduction to Analog to Digital Conversion or ADC
